In refrigeration and air conditioning systems, the white PTFE (Teflon) gasket is the standard sealing element used for the flange end cover of 48-series replaceable core filter drier shells (buckets). It ensures a critical, zero-leakage seal against high pressures, refrigerants, and refrigeration oils.

Application: Suitable for standard 48 series replaceable core filter drier shells.

Material: 100% Virgin PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene / Teflon), solid white color.

Approximate Dimensions: For standard 48-series flanges, the gasket typically has an Outer Diameter (OD) of approx. 150mm - 154mm and a thickness of 2.5mm - 3.0mm (varies slightly by shell manufacturer).

Temperature Range: Maintains reliable rigidity and sealing structure across extreme temperatures ranging from -60°C to +200°C.

High-Pressure Resistance: Harder than rubber, it withstands the high torque of M10 flange bolts without blowing out or deforming under high system pressures.
