2. The water separation device adopts high-quality coalescence separation technology and a unique stainless steel folding cyclone degassing and dehydration separation tower to remove water quickly and efficiently; the self-developed jet degassing device can effectively remove trace gases mixed in oil. The condensate water automatic separation system is equipped with a strong air cooler, which can quickly condense and separate a large amount of water vapor and other gases discharged from the vacuum, so as to achieve the high-quality effect of one-time separation.

3. High-quality filter elements and connection sealing materials with corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and high mechanical strength are used to meet the high temperature requirement for filtering high-viscosity lubricating oil; the imported water ring vacuum pump is used, and the cooling liquid (or water) is used as the The lubricating medium is not afraid of gas entering the vacuum pump, avoiding the trouble of frequent oil change of the rotary vane vacuum pump with oil as the medium.
