FAX-800 × 20 is a glass fiber filter element with no built-in framework, which can enter and exit from the inside. FAX-800×20/FAX-800*20 Liming filter element is installed in the filter. The oil in the hydraulic system enters the filter from the inlet, passes through the wavy surface of the filter element, and the impurities in the oil are adsorbed on the surface of the filter material. The clean liquid is immersed in the filter element, flows out from the outlet, and flows into the system. This circulation ensures the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.

2. It is divided into high, medium and low precision levels. 2-5um is high precision, 10-15um is medium precision, 15-25um is low precision.

3. To compress the overall dimension of the finished filter element and increase the filtering area, the filter layer is generally folded into a wavy shape, and the pleating height of the hydraulic filter element is generally less than 20mm

4. The pressure difference of the hydraulic filter element is generally 0.35-0.4MPa, but some special filter elements are required to withstand the high pressure difference, and the maximum requirement is 32MPa, or even 42MPa equivalent system pressure.

5. The maximum withstand temperature, some of which are required to reach 135 ℃
